PowerTOUR

Tour' (where one must track individuals and people travelling in

The Group
Tour Management module includes Tour Setup, Booking, Billing,
with extensive reporting and all fully integrated with Mailing List
Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Word Processing.
One can take care of all the minute details required to make sure
that each trip runs smoothly.

modules are very comprehensive, and are strongly integrated with
themselves and with both Tour Management modules. For example,
- Invoices
from the Tour Management systems (Group and Club) are automatically
posted to A/R
- Invoices
from suppliers may be charged to particular tours (as can payments
to suppliers), thus providing the system with a summary of expenses
by tour.
