The Group Tour Management module includes Tour Setup, Booking, Billing, with extensive reporting and all fully integrated with Mailing List Management, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Word Processing. One can take care of all the minute details required to make sure that each trip runs smoothly.

  • Setting up Each Tour
    • specifying the destination and start and end dates
    • identifying which agent is responsible for the tour

  • Invoices from the Tour Management systems (Group and Club) are automatically posted to A/R
  • Invoices from suppliers may be charged to particular tours (as can payments to suppliers), thus providing the system with a summary of expenses by tour.
