Power Accounting Suite: Power A/R, Power A/P, Power G/L & PowerPAY

The Cherniak Software Power Accounting Suite is a set of powerful tools for accounting functions leading to the production of financial statements.

Functionality: The accounting subsystem includes the functions of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger. Each module is extremely comprehensive, is very easy to learn and provides all necessary controls and audit trails. The modules are interfaced to each other, in that both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable can be posted automatically to General Ledger. Complete audit trails are provided. These systems are truly state-of-the-art accounting systems.

The Extra Mile: Each of the Power Accounting subsystems goes just a little further than most systems of their kind to help get things done a little better and a little quicker. For example:

• Multicompany: The accountant's ally is multicompany in every way. For each company, a separate set of books is maintained; accounts are organized into groups as required.
• Customized Financial Statements: The G/L subsystem gives the accountant complete control over content and layout of the financial statements.
• Collections Follow-up: The Receivables module has a built-in system for following up old or large amounts that has helped many companies shorten collection times. It allows you to keep a history of all attempts to collect, and to diarize follow-up calls to be made in the future, so that, on any given day, the system is prompting you as to which customers should be called that day.
• Planned Cash Releases: The Payables subsystem assists in the planning of what to pay when, in addition to printing cheques automatically if desired.
• Multi-currency: You can deal with individual customers and suppliers in whatever currency you like, with automatic conversions based on exchange rates you maintain; as an option, the system will prevent entries from being made on a given day until exchange rates have been confirmed.

The Power Accounting Suite is a full turnkey system with an exceptional user interface (see separate description) and may be accessed with a number of query language / report-writer database management systems.
